How could I add the sidebar widget directly with code and not from the wp-admin? All my sidebar widgets were added directly in the sidebar.php and I-d like to do the same with the SPF widget.

The sidebar widget just calls a template tag – sf_recent_posts_tag() – so you can use that directly. See the wiki for details:
