sorry to question here .

i'm a newbie for wordpress . i have a little problem after install and setting and create group and forum .I and other can't create new topic . and i don't know hoe to setting .(i'm administrator for my site)

Can you explain what you mean by "can't create a new topic"? Is the button not there? Do you click on it and nothing happens?

When i click on "Add new Topic" but nothing happen

try going to the forum admin > WP Integration panel and turning off the loading of javascript in the footer. See if that solves it.

No – you are not turning it off, just having it load at the start of the page instead of the end.
If things are missing and still not working correctly then check your themes footer template for the mandatory call to wp_footer(). Sadly, many theme authors break the rules and leave it out. There is more detail on our wiki under theme requirements.

I try to turn on that feature and change the theme but I can't reply, create new post and then i turn off that I can reply and create new post but can't use text editor and smiley .

I use skie ;consolealliance, sun-set and default skin.

and i try on both chrome and firefox .

and i will look more in wp_footer and read more in the wiki.
