Problem with uploading multiple images at a time?

Hi,

 

I am using simple press 4.2.2 and trying to upload multiple images at a time using filemanager.

It uploads all the images on the server but appends an "_" underscore at the end of few image file names due to which all the uploaded images donot show in the browse tab.

 

Also, after the upload process is done, it leaves the page blank without returning to the upload page with the "images successfully uploaded" message.(it returns to the page good while uploading a single image and not for multiple images upload)

 

Can anyone help me with this issue?

we have had no other reports of such behaviour… I wonder if the upload is failing due to image size….  how big (disk space wise) are the files you are trying to upload? and what is the upload limit on your php server?

I figured it out.

For some reason………while copying the image from the temporary folder to destination folder, it appends "_" at the end of the image file. I removed this from "upload_file.php" in the filemanager folder and it worked.

during the time its a temp file, it gets the underscore…  once it finishes, it should be renamed…  but glad its working now…
