I assigned myself there, and it did not display.

How do I remove the title when displaying the badge? Also how can you align the badges side by side instead of stacked as it is now?

I see where I went wrong, I was not saving the members after adding.

the call in the spTopicView,.php theme template probably looks something like this:

sp_PostIndexUserSpecialRank('tagClass=spPostUserSpecialRank spCenter');

But you can add an argument to inhibit the title like this:

sp_PostIndexUserSpecialRank('tagClass=spPostUserSpecialRank spCenter&showTitle=0');

make sure you get this right - ampersand - and the equal sign etc. And case must be right as well. That deals with the title.

As to side by side then if they do not sit side by side I can only think that there is not enough width in the column to handle them. Could this be the case?

No hang on - I think I see that we force this. That's something we could perhaps change. I will open up a ticket for discussion

That worked for removing the title, but yes, the badges still stack on each other.

Stack on each other??? Do you mean displayed vertically in single column??

If so, as Andy stated, that is the current design…. And a ticket is open to see if we can not hard code it that way and let css or arguments dictate it…

Have we received an answer about the .CSS of using multiple ranks as discussed above yet?

Css? Not sure what you are looking for..

An enhancement to the template function allowing stacked vice row is included in the next sp version... Shouldn't be long as will release in concert with wp 3.9 currently in beta 2...
