Change color of font in "Registration Policy" Pop Up?

Hi,

 

I have incorporated simple press into my wordpress site.  I would like to change the font color of the Registration Policy and Privacy Policy popup links at the very bottom of the forum index page.  The problem is that when I click on the links, they open a pop up window that contains the information but the font is white against a white background.  Where is the style for this located?

 

Edit: also, i'm afraid i posted this in the wrong place.  my version is 4.2.2.  my apologies.
