Email notification of first post

Currently I only need to review a users post the first time they
author a post, is it possible to setup some type of email
notification when a user submits their first post.

Afraid not but it's not a bad idea. You can place just the first post of a new user into moderation however.

Sure;y you do not want a list f new posts – just each post as it is made. I would sugest the /library/sf-post-support.php

Well that file contains the code that sends out the admins new post emails so somehow you need to determine whether you want to do that or not. So the first thing you need to do is work out what does determine the sending of the email?
