Hi again. Hope you guys are well. Guess I'll just dive in:
I don't get this issue I'm experiencing. I do not have any special ranks. All new members get the 'members' usergroup. I am using ranks, with 'new member' for up to 2 posts, and 'member' for up to 999999. No other ranks are listed.// I do not even have a rank called 'moderator', yet every user (except admins, which says 'admin') says 'moderator' below their pic. Is there something almost as obvious that I'm just missing? (would post URL but is PW protected).
Grateful in advance for any ideas or insight!
If you go look at the forum User Groups and click on 'edit group' to look at the group your members are in… is the 'Is Moderator ' flag set?
damn, you're good ;) sure enough, during earlier incarnations of the site in question, some members had been added to another usergroup, which *did* have the 'is moderator' flag set. Thank you very much.

I have something that I think is similar in my forums. Every member is part of the Administrator group as well as has a Administrator Forum Rank and I don't know why. I have looked at my Forum Rank settings and I don't even have a Administartor Rank set up. Have you come across anything like this before?
