How can I change this to make users go to the forum main page instead of the blog login page.
that should take them to the forum page after completing the registration information.
are they on the blog registration page, or the forum registration page (ie how did they get to the registration page)?
are you running any other user, membership or login plugins?

Im having the same issue. Once a new user registers Id like them to be able to jump directly to the forum. How can I do this. Please explain. Thanks!
same questions… where are they registering (via wp or via spf)? any other login, membership or redirection plugins?

My users are registering from the forum link. Theres a little icon in the upper right hand corner of the forum which they can click on to register. The next page they are taken to is a Simple Press registration page . After they fill that out, thery are immediately redirected to what looks like a wordpress login screen. It looks just like the one that I use to login to my dashboard. The only difference is that this one tells them to go to their email to check for a password. Id like for my members to register , choose their own password and be taken directly to the forum.
Is this possible? Thanks in advance
I have the exact same problem as Ann explained. First the SP login, then i am brought to the WP login with the message "Check your email…."

thats a wordpress function to tell you to check your email. in the past, we have not been able to overwrite that.

This is fixed in version 4.2 ? I'm asking because i had same problem in 4.2 version.
