I can't help but think this is yet another theme-related issue, since Mandigo does use a color picker. But I didn't think theme files would be loading in the backend.

I think (hope and pray) that I have identified the issue I was having with blank sub-tabs not loading as a conflict with the Flash Photo Gallery plugin we were testing… didn't realize I even still had it activted! Upon deactivation, I no longer get the colorpicker.js error in the FF console. And, I was able to load SPF Admin sub panels as expected.

I know the last post was over a year ago now, but I had the same problem, and managed to find the source of my problem (though not a fix).
