I can't help but think this is yet another theme-related issue, since Mandigo does use a color picker. But I didn't think theme files would be loading in the backend.

I think (hope and pray) that I have identified the issue I was having with blank sub-tabs not loading as a conflict with the Flash Photo Gallery plugin we were testing… didn't realize I even still had it activted! Upon deactivation, I no longer get the colorpicker.js error in the FF console. And, I was  able to load SPF Admin sub panels as expected.

we do support SSL and the force ssl admin option you mention…

but you posted this in the 4.1 forum and no, its not supported that far back… but in the 4.4.5 and greater, it does…
