sfinnerposttable - Layout issue in Safari & IE8

Didi mess something up or is there something wrong with the default layout of the sfposticonstrip
in the sfinnerposttable .. its like it floats horizontally in the middle. In FF its sticking to the top of the sfinnerposttable as it is supose to, but in other browsers the sfposticonstrip is hanging in the middle of the sfinnerposttable.

Im running 4.3 on WP3 B2

is this a 4.2.x skin?  it will need updating for 4.3…

its because of default.css (your wp theme), line 867, where they are setting some TABLE, TR and TD elements to have vertical-align of middle… 

table tr td, table tr th {
padding:8px;
vertical-align:middle;
}

top works better there…
