I am using a post URL structure that ends in the post ID #

example http://somedomain.com/2010/pos…..ucture/110

The post is linked to a forum topic that currently generates this URL

http://imc1.myvhub.com/forum/b…..-structure

Is there a setting to add a slash and the post ID # to the en?

http://imc1.myvhub.com/forum/b…..ucture/110

Thanks.

What version are you using? I know there was an issue related to closing slashes in the 4.3.3 update.
But where did the '110' come from on that last url? That looks like an SP url but we do not add post numbers on the end like that. When we add a post number is it preceded by a hash and is a reference to an anchor which I was nder the impression should not have a closing slash.

I am running SPF 4.3.3

That URL is an example of what I am looking to have generated.  Sorry for the lack of clarity.

Well you could alter the SP permalink building routine I guess (sf_build_url() in the file library/sf-permalinks.php) but either SP will ignore it and not be able to scroll to actual posts or it will fall over altogether…

The "110" is the post id # that links to the forum post and it is used per Google News

"In order to be included in Google News, your articles URLs should meet the following guidelines…"
