When you click on a member from the forum it displays their email address….is there no way to remove that? It is a privacy issue for my site. Maybe i'm just blind to find the option? Thanks!

It only displays the email address to admins… guest, users and others DO NOT see the email address..

This is not the case for my forum.  I am being told that everybody can see them.  Is there a way to turn it off?

Have you confirmed this by logging in to your system as an ordinary member? (i.e., with no extra capabilities – not admin – not moderator).

you could also check forum – permissions – manage permissions and make sure you have the 'Can view user email addresses' permission turned off…  we ship sp with that permissions disabled for all but admins/mods…
