check forum – options – global display settings (think thats where its at on your old version) and remove page title…  or you can upgrade to 4.3.3 where have a workaround in place for this wp idiosyncrosis…

Upgraded to 4.3.3 and it is now putting the the topic name etc in the header. This didn't happen with the previous version.

So here is my workaround for now:

<?php wp_list_pages('exclude=YOUR-FORUMS-PAGE-NUMBER&title_li=&depth=1'); ?>
    <li class="page_item page_item"><a href="http://www.YOURSITE.com/forums" title="My Forums">My Forums</a></li>

instead of the workaround, did you try setting (or clearing) the filter wp list pages option on forum – options – styles??

I have the same problem. Setting or clearing the filter wp list pages option did not help.

Could you please tell me if there is an other workaround or where I can put the code that is mentioned above?

Thanks in advance!

I think for the last half a dozen versions of SP we have tweaked the workaround code (this is a long standing WP bug) and with every update other combinations have come up that need further work. SO once again – the forthcoming 4.4.0 has more adjusted code to try and deal with this annoyance.

As to the code above then no – I can not tell you where to put it. It depends on your WP theme and what functions and tags are used to build it. But you could search the code for a call to wp_list_pages() or wp_nav_menu(). Mayvbe the header.php or a functions.php if you have one.
