I think it's something with my arthemia premium theme because changing the theme it's working nice.

that indicates a js conflict… your theme may not be properly using the wp api for loading js which could result in multiple copies loaded – cant tell without seeing a link – even then might be hard without generating the error…
you could try disabling the loading of the forum js in the footer on forum – wp integration – page and permalink admin panel…

I've removed the js loads and returned to normal.
