When expanding the 'Form' menu item in the WP admin panel, the 'WP Integration' menu item does not appear … not a major issue since clicking on any SPF item reveals the missing item in the SPF version.

We have not put it in the main WP menu. it is something that will be used rarely, if ever, by most users.
