If you fail a login in 4.3.3 it takes you to the wordpress login page.

Is that intended?

I have ticked the box to keep users out of the admin area.

I don't really want them to see this page, ever

Have I missed an option?

you actually control that… check forum – components – login and registration…  the login url… on the failed login attempt, its redirecting you there…  and its WordPress that wants to redirect on the failed login…  so you have to have it go somewhere… and I think you will find if you redirect somewhere else, you wont get the failed message..

and that page is not part of the wp admin so that setting would not apply…
