Hello, I know there is an option to pin a post at the beginning of a topic, but I was wondering if there is any way to pin a post to the end of the topic so that any posts made after it would be shown above it. I want to pin a post so that it would always be the last one.

Ok, then is there any way to add a bot that will show a message at the end of any/a specific topic?

Or is there any way to modify the code so that the message will be shown last instead of first?

Of course you can change code as you see fit. But there are 'program hooks' that allow you to add content within the forum at specified places. One of these is to the last post in a thread so that may interest you.
See the wiki – Plugin API section > Program Hooks.

sf_hook_last_post , but i don't know where to add the code or the message attached to it.

Yes but how do I use it… Do I modify anything in the plugin's files or do I add this somewhere in the admin? Or in the page that has the forum?

Did you read the wiki articles? Did you read the progam hooks 'overview' of how they work?
