If my fuzzy memory doesn't fail me, I now recall the new signature setup and it's editor may have replaced the signature image upload function. If that is the case, consider my question answered.

If users (with appropriate permissions) can still upload signature images, please advise where I can turn that on because I'm drawing a blank.

in the current version (or any previous version), users cannot upload sig images – at least not through the profile interface…  the next version 4.3.3 will include this feature…

Thanks for the clarification. I must have been dreaming about uploading sig images in the past. I could have sworn there was a permission for including images in signatures.
