I'm not using the inline login but the login page which I belive is partly SPF and partly WP? I cannot figure out how I change the coloring of the Register button. I  think the class is button-primary and it seems to be gradient image perhaps? If true where is this image stored or how do I change the coloring of the button?

It's in the wp-admin CSS folder and is found on colors-fresh.css and yes – it is an image
