That is caused by your WP theme stylesheet. Look for the entry 'select' and you will see it is setting the width to 100%. I would tend to remove that as it will most likely look bad on all select controls. But at least, for now, you might want to comment it out.

PS. Your site sometimes loads extreamly slow – about 40 seconds for cached page and only 26 users online.
