Where are downloads for skins

I've just upgrade to the latest version of Simple:Press and when I try to download skins, I find nowhere to download.  Clicking on the sample icons for each skin does nothing.  Where do I download skins for the new version?

In his defense… the other day when trying out a new skin I couldn't
tell immediatly how to download it either.  I was clicking thumbs, the
main slide or anything but the text link below the slide.
