Where to Insert/Hardcode Ad Banner Code .. no templates right?

Hi, I'm running the latest SPF on WP 3.0 and the smoke chrome theme.

I wanted to see about hardcoding in ad banner code, but it's the first time I've actually tried to do it on SPF since I am more accustomed to PHPBB and Vbulletin etc.

So, since there arent exactly template files from what I can tell ? what files control the page layout?

Specifically I'm look to insert two banners, one after the block that has the page numbers/navigation links at the top of the forum, and one before the About the Forum block at the bottom.

What file do I insert into and what's the syntax? Thanks.
