As an Admin I can see the posts, as a user I can't

Hi, 

I'm having two issues, if I log in as the Admin I can see everything, including the attachments opening up in a pop-up window.

If I log in as a user, all the posts seem to be empty.  I did find one that had picture attachments and when clicking, it sent me to a url only with the picture, in the same window. 

The forum used to work great, I don't know why it isn't working anymore.  Can you please help me?

I have just visited your forum as a non-registered user and I can see everything - including all the posts...

Are you sure you just do not need to empty your browser cache (for example)?

Have you had users saying they can not see the posts?

Hi,

Thanks for checking it out!  However, I have 3 users I created to check the forum as a normal user and when logged in with any of the three, I can't see the content of the posts.  I can't upload the screenshots, but please log in with any user and see what I'm talking about please. 

You'll always be able to see the Admin replies or posts, and the users posts' window completely blank.

Happy to do so but it is our policy not to register on our users site. If you want to create an account for us to test with please go right ahead and then please PM credentials to both myself and to 'Mr Papa'. Ah... go to the forum admin > Permissions > Manage Permission Sets... and open the permission set you are using for these members....

I think - under the section 'Viewing' you have the permission 'Can view only own posts and admin/mod posts' turned on when it should not be. Take a look and see if that is the issue.

You also need to go to the Toolbox > Housekeeping and run the task to reset the profile tabs and menus as they do not have the correct path.
