I'm currently building out a new website, I added a forum component with Simple:Press here is the direct link to the forum: https://detoxtorehab.com/forum/ - everything was working fine until I did the last update.

Now when you go to the forum page - It begins loading, everything looks fine then everything disappears. When I view source, everything looks to be there.

I also got the following errors in my error log;

December 19, 2014 5:55 pm | spaErrWarning | 16 | php

file: /simple-press/sp-api/sp-api-plugins.php
line: 82
function: closedir
Warning | closedir() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given

December 19, 2014 5:55 pm | spaErrNotice | 14 | php

file: /simple-press/sp-api/sp-api-plugins.php
line: 82
function: sp_get_plugins
Notice | Undefined variable: plugins_subdir

so obvious first... wp 4.1?  sp 5.5.3 and all sp plugins up to date with latest?

are you running any sp plugins? if so check:  https://simple-press.com/docum.....on-errors/

just to make sure no issue with them....

okay, actually, one of those is a notice and the other a warning...  so you can ignore...  we should fix up that warning, but its no impact and been there forever...

what's the problem with site???  It loads fine for me...  need a bit more details..

Normally I would blame the theme for something like this but everything worked fine until after the update.

I've tried this on three different computers, all deleting the temp/cache files. When going to the forum page on the website, everything loads but if you wait a moment or scroll over anything on the forum itself everything goes white. I've never seen anything like it.

I just went to your site and got the same thing, I wonder if it has anything to do with https? I checked all three main browsers and IE popped a notice saying only showing secure content, never seen that before

took a few times for it to happen... if I just load up the page, works...  start scrolling around or clicking on empty space, it decides to try to load something and goes into lalala land..

have any of your plugins been updated to work with wp 4.1?

I guess I would try a temp switch to the default wp theme and see if any change... if not, try with all other plugins disabled and see what happens...

oh..and you do have an issue with loading google font apis from http which will cause mixed content issues too as kvr indicated...

how are  you doing https?  did you properly set the environment variables in wp config?  it all looks right, just asking...

is it your wp theme loading google api fonts? it should use https too to prevent mixed content warnings... in fact, some server will stop loading if that happens...
