How to debug e-mail sending by Subscriptions plugin

If there are up to 40 members who subscribed to a forum, all of them receive an e-mail when a new post is created.

If they are more than 40, no message is sent.

I use a Google Apps mail account but  I suspect a GMail restriction. How is it possible to get access to the error messages received when trying to send the e-mail ?

Hey Patrick,

Are you on shared hosting? Basically it's WP that sends the emails, and I think WP has some real issues with sending multiple emails out. Unfortunately I am personally unsure of how to 'debug' the problem.

I can suggest however, that you try using this SMTP plugn

It reconfigures WP to use SMTP for outgoing mail (such as gmail) and fixes problems for lots of people. We use it ourselves..

Hope this helps.
