What? you mean a twitter feed on the page somewhere? Or do you that you want to have the twitter feed auto create topics/posts for each tweet, then No, thats not possible.

If I have missed something, please clarify.

I guess the latter (auto-create posts) …but just posting the RSS link somewhere to my tweets will suffice

I would check out Alex King's Twitter Tools (http://alexking.org) as it displays your latest tweets as well as make tweets from your sidebar.
