I typed the whole thing manually once myself.

I just did the 'Here I am' return and it worked fine. Inserting the adsense code is the problem and it is still giving me problems.

If I just type the adsense code as the 'return' it works fine. Will that screw anything up?

well, make sure the google adsense code is correct… I dont use it, so cant help you with that… but many others have it working in this exact manner… the syntax error indicates you have a simple typo somewhere… try again and post it back if it still errors…

I moved it there but I think Adsense has a rule where the same code can't show up more than twice on a page.
