i use 4.1.3 and the problem is that when anyone registers in my forums at http://tech707.co.cc/forum i get an email within 5-10 mins stating new user registration but the user gets the password email not before 2-3 days yes days. plzz help me out.

email sending is done by wp and not spf… odd that you would get it but not them… would suggest checking the wp forums for similar issues or perhaps trying an smtp plugin such as hkg smtp…
