A message in white text on dark blue background suddenly appeared on forum pages:

"This forum requires Javascript to be enabled for posting content"

And now registration button on Policy page won't work.

No loading action indicates on browser tab after clicking button,
and registration page cannot be accessed.

So this did work and now does not work? Is that it?
And this is using a version 4.0.x SPF?
When something works and then doesn't work then the first question is 'what has changed?'
And in this case, I have to ask if you have turned Javascript off in your browser – which would explain the message.

It was a glitch that finally cleared up after I shut down browser and restarted.

Sorry for false alarm.

You've had an answer from Steve, if you are still having problems he told you to come back. I suggest you reply to that thread with more information on the problem if you can.

I'm subscribed to the topic and don't remember an email notifying me of your reply. But it probably did and I just had too many other issues to resolve. I've been at this for at least 2 weeks now.
