SPF Ver. 4.02 - (full hebrew) installation problems

hello,

i'm using WP2.9.1

i've installed SPF plugin in my WP-admin. i've activated the plugin, and clicked[install]. and then i got the following msg: (in hebrew: @you do not have permissions to use this plugin).

 

can somone instruct me how to install the forum?

the translator named Meir Pinto adviced me to write here…

Version 4.0.2 of SPF can not be used on any WordPress after version 2.8.4 because the WP team changed the way menus and access to the admin panels works.
I am afraid you will need to take the 4.1.3 version (which has a full Hebrew translation available for it).
4.2 is also available in beta but the translation file for that will be some way off.
