Subscribe doesn't seem to work when adding new topic

I've created several topics on your new forum today and for each one I check the "Subscribe to this Topic" option, making sure it is displaying a checkmark next to the words.  For each one, I don't end up being subscribed until I go back into the topic and click the Subscribe button.

Have you seen this?

I'm using IE7 on Windows Vista.

It happened again on this topic.  I'm making this reply using Firefox 3 to see if it happens with that as well.

[Edit] Yep – same behavior with Firefox.

No I haven't. it worked last time I tested it but this is beta software so we may have nudged something. I'll raise a ticket for re-testing thanks.

I was able to subscribe to this topic via the button below the topic.  Using this reply to see about the box when replying. If it works, that could be because I am admin, so we will still need to check it out.

Okay, can confirm, that subscribing while replying (might be true for starting topic too) does seem broke as it did not subscribe me either. 

We will get it fixed up. Until then, hitting the subscribe button below the thread while viewing the topic DOES work.
