which allows WP admins to now access the backend. We can use the forum, but I cannot add any members as moderators. How do I assign a SPF administrator as there is none currently defined.
your title says moderator, but your post talks about admins. they are diff so a bit confusing…
you add additional spf admins at forum – admins – manage admins…
and since you are running a very old version (with a security hole too I might add), worth noting, you cannot remove yourself as spf admin in current versions…
Visit Fortunately I have two sites, both using SPF so I can compare. My problem one does not have Admin. I mention moderator because it is a symptom. The problem (I suspect) is there is no SPF admin. Which is why I guess Admin is missing. I am going to uninstall and reinstall and will post back if that solves it. I see no other way out and I don't have the SPF lingo down.
Uninstalled, deactivated, reactivated and reinstalled. Didn't loose the members which was nice! But that fixed everything.
