Unfortunately, I changed it yesterday when the previous skin did not appear and there were no skins in the folder. So  I uploaded and extracted several of the new skins to the website and tried several before settling on one. The old installation has several skins that are no longer available.

Is there any way to extract the skin type from the archived database? I would then retrieve the files in the appropriate skin folder and migrate them. I already tried copying all of them to the new and they didn't work. No styling at all.

it can be found in the sfoptions table in the record with the option name of 'sfstyle'.
Are you unable to identify it from the skins download page?

The line in the 4.0.4 database reads as follows:

(766, 0, 'sfstyle', 'a:3:{s:6:"sfskin";s:5:"olota";s:6:"sficon";s:7:"four-en";s:6:"sfsize";s:0:"";}', 'yes'),

The skins available in the skins folder: default, detroit, lifestyle, medieval, midnight, olata, salmon-river, smoke, structure, structure-green, structure-tan, sunset-red

And as that data shows you were using the 'olota' skin and the 'four-en' icons.

That's what it looks like to me too but I still think the Forum had a different color scheme and fonts before the upgrade. Maybe my memory is failing. Wait a minute. It is failing but I forgot that it was.

The olata file had the same revision data as all the others so it had not been changed. If I had made a screenshot, there would be no mystery as to whether it has changed and what it is supposed to look like.

Thank you again for your gracious patience and help. I will let you know if I ever figure out why I think it's different.
