Announce
This release adds the ability to have the announcement message only be shown to logged in users. In this case, it will not be shown to guests or anyone not logged in.
Language and Theme Selection
This release adds an admin panel to allow you to give each language/translation available a custom name instead of just using the translation file name. So, for example, rather than seeing De for German translation, you can instead have it say German (or whatever you would like).
