This Simple:Press plugin allows Admins, Moderators or users who have been granted permission to do so – to posts as another user. This is not a plugin that most users will find useful; but for those users whose use-case requires it, this can be indispensable!

If available to the user, the plugin automatically creates an option below the editor box where approved users can easily change the post author.
