FRESH INSTALL: Can't create new forums

I just installed the latest version of SP but once I enter in the forum section and I try to create a new forum I get no options. I can just choice the parent forum group and that's it. I will attach a screen. 

How can I fix it? Thanks.

Hi - can you hit the CTRL-F5 key combination on that screen to force a refresh of the css and js files?

If you've used that browser with the older version its possible the older version files are still cached in there for some reason.
