This forum is where you can post your questions to get help from your fellow users. Simple:Press personnel will generally not be offering support in this forum. However, we might respond to questions that do not require direct technical support such as:
- Account and membership questions
- General pre-sales inquiries
- Questions where we might be able to point you to an FAQ or pre-written answer.
Additionally, some Simple:Press personnel might contribute to the forum in their free time. But this should not be taken to mean that all inquiries will be responded to by Simple:Press staff. This is still a FREE user-to-user community forum and you should not expect direct assistance from Simple:Press staff. And, if a Simple:Press staff member responds to a thread it should not be expected that additional responses to the thread will be forth-coming.
As a user-to-user forum it is expected that users will keep discussions civil and use common sense courtesy when addressing fellow users.
Asking For Help
When asking for help you should post as much information as you can about the problem and the steps you have taken to fix the issue. Links to screen shots can be very useful!
This is a new resource so the guidelines will likely evolve over the next few months.
