I couldn't edit forums and anythings in dashboard.

Hi:

Can you please try using the CTRL-F5 key combination when on the Simple:Press admin page to force a refresh of the CSS and JS scripts?

Hi:

That error is likely causing the problem.  Try switching your theme to something basic like the WP 2020 theme.  I bet the issue goes away.  Looks like the plugin has a conflict with your theme.
