Cannot Update through WordPress

I am a new install. I received a notification for an update and cannot update the theme. I get this message “An error occurred while updating Barebones: “Download failed. Not Found” 

I have no way to download the theme manually so All i could count on was WordPress. It didn’t work there. Is there a file I can download to update it myself, or is there a trick to it? I want to test the forum before I spend money on your bundle but so far, i can’t even do a simple update. Please help me. I spent quite a bit of time looking through your FAQ but it took forever and got me nowhere since it didn’t have a keyword search feature. Any assistance I could get would be great

Hi:

That’s strange.  We’ll do a fresh install here and try to duplicate the issue.  WIll take about 24 hours for the fresh install to try to check for updates so we’ll be able to report back to you after that. 

We did move our servers last weekend.  It should have been transparent to users but maybe we did bork something up….
