Hi,

I would like to:

- allow users to block other users from sending them Private Messages

- allow users to block other users from replying to their threads

I saw the "ban" plugin but my requirements are different.

Is there such a plugin? My search on your plugin directory was inconclusive.

thanks

Hi:

The existing private messaging add-on allow a user to set up "adversaries".  A user needs to go to their user profile and click on the "Buddies and Adversaries" link.  The "Adversaries" are the people that they would like to block from sending them private messages.

Under that same link is a checkbox to block all of their posts from all adversaries.  There is no function that will allow blocks on a topic by topic or post by post basis though.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you very much!

I completely disabled SP's user profil, preferring another account page which groups elements from different plugins.

What would the URL of the user profile page be? So that I can try to extract just the Adversaries section.

Or is there a shortcode I could integrated in my custom built profile page such as [Manage Adversaries] ?

thanks!

OK I found how to access the profile page: /forum/profile/

However I found a few bugs in the admin panel under Profiles / Profile Tabs & Menus:

1. The tabs and menu never open in firefox. For instance if I click "Menu +" under overview nothing happens. Under Chrome they open but will not open again after I click on "update profile tabs and menus" at the bottom.

2. I cannot re-order menu items: for instance if I move the "edit signature" box, when I save by clicking "update profile tabs and menus" the "edit signature" line is back at the exact same spot.

Hi:

Thanks for the report.  I've replicated the 2nd item and have added it to our bug list for future resolution.

For the first item, I can edit in Firefox but, like you said, once you save, you can't edit again.  The workaround is to click on the PROFILES menu in the WordPress menu and you'll be able to edit again.  I've added that to the list as well.

Thanks again for the report.
