okay, have cleaned up mantis tonight… closed a bunch of one off tickets as wont fix that were really old…

Also, move all open tickets not part of 4.2.2 into new version called ‘Future Release’…  Then moved the agreed to tickets for 5.0 back in…  not too many…

Think in the future, if a ticket is not assigned to the next bug fix version, it should generally go to the future release…  then when we plan the next feature release, we can plan it better…
