Okay, lets see if we can keep this list active… When plugin or theme is released, I will remove it from here… If you modify a plugin or theme, and its not on this list, please update the version number AND this post… If its on the list, do not update the version number as its already been done…

Can I take it this has fallen into disuse? It seems out of date.

How about a text document in the plugins folder like we have with the theme folder

yes, out of date… I also tried the file way you suggest locally just to see if any easier to keep up and it was no better… either is just a discipline issue for me… the one method I have not failed to catch a version yet is the paper and pencil…
