There have been a small handful of users for whom these two js libraries have caused problems. While this is, as always, going to come down to a JS conflict somewhere it has so far proven very hard to track down. And the problem is made worse by the tabs 'cookie' routine in that none of the tabbed admin pages get displayed at all. That makes it a little hard to make these options within a normal admin option view.

I am proposing that we set up two switches in sf-config.php that we can advise a user to set to off if they are seeing either of these problems until we can locate the source of the problem. This would be for the 4.0.1 bug fix.
