Based on conversation with Steve on format, I have started making draft revisions to Codex pages to conform to his guidelines.  Please ignore any  automatic revision notices you may receive because the pages are not ready yet. 

When a revised page is finished, I will post a new topic in this forum giving the name of the page and asking for review / comments.

 I expect pages to be reviewed and okayed before they are published.
