okay, today, I quickly whipped out the codex installation section…  not a whole lot new, most rehash of what we had before…  did add something on the wp updater now in play…

just trying to get something on most of the easy ones quickly… we will need to go through and clean them up and make sure still true for 5.0… and maybe spruce up a bit…
