Per codex ticket 3652 the new arguments statusClass, starClass and thumbClass were added to the sp_TopicIndexRating()Template Tag section in Plugin: Post Rating.

No other sections of the plugin or template tag(s) were updated to the standard used in Plugin: Maintenance Mode and Plugin: Topic Status.
