Corrections to Plugin: Topic Status codex page have been made to conform to the template/wording finalized during development of the Plugin: Maintenance Mode.  The plugin page has been published.

In particular,

A. Formatting was changed in the Plugin Requirements section. 

B. The Plugin Installation and Activation section properly discusses the default location for the plugin’s folder and has a link to “Storage Locations” page.

C. The Plugin Language Translation section has been added with the links and text updated for Topic Status Translations.

A single minor correction was made to Plugin: Maintenance Mode in the Plugin Requirements section and then published.
