Where is sp_OpenCloseControl() called?

I have started a new Codex page for sp_OpenCloseControl() added to sp-common-view-functions.php in 5.4.2.  Apparently my installation of 5.4.2 does not contain the file that calls it.  Where can I find what calls it?  I will look into SVN to see what I can find.

The function is in common functions. The only place I believe it is currently used would be in the ‘reboot’ theme – spFoot.php – which is under construction. But IS in SVN
