This is such a great plug-in for the wp platform and extremely versatile. I've noticed that since implementation on our sites that it does not have the  backup/restore capability. While this is not a major concern I still think it's an issue for people out there for peace of mind when upgrading wp or wpmu. I know you can restore the SQL file but can be cumbersome. Anyway, this is just a suggestion and who knows… this could already be in the works.
