Ad insertion plugin

Just a plugin request..  I would love to see a plugin to allow ad insertion.  I saw the FAQ and I am using it now, but a plugin with specific spots set up would be so much easier..  Thanks

the biggest problem with a plugin is that we know it would work with our themes… but custom themes that our users have made would be a different story…  since a theme is just php, it can do just about anything…  and where do we draw the line on locations?  1 location or 1000?

but definitely understand the ease of using a plugin vice editing the theme… and have made note of the request…
